Springfield, Tennessee - On Tuesday morning, April 21, 2026, God called an angel Home, Shana Denise Ogburn. She was born June 13, 1984 to the late Brenda Lucille Payne Blakemore and Harold Ogburn.
Shanna accepted Christ at an early age at Whites Chapel C.M.E. Church. She was employed by NHC for many years until her health began to fail. Shana was a lovable person known for her beautiful smile that would light up the room when she walked in. She had a heart of gold and she loved her children and family.
Shana was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Lucille Payne Blakemore; her grandmothers, Gaybell Payne and Beulah J. Ogburn; her grandfathers, Richard (Net) Clayton and William Ogburn.
Shana leaves to cherish her sweet memories to her children: sons, Anmmarjavious Ogburn, Martravious Ogburn and Johntavious Ogburn; her daughter, Tra'ana Ogburn; her father, Harold Ogburn; her brothers, Jarvis Blakemore, Madricus Blakemore and Anthony Blakemore all of Springfield, TN; her aunts, Mary Lunsford, Peggy Jones and Patricia Payne; her uncle, Eugene Ogburn; special cousin, Brandy Payne, devoted friends, Jamaca Miles, Tabitha Barnett, Lakenta Washington, Brigdet Hyde and NHC Family; and a host nieces and nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
Family Visitation and Memorial Service were held May 2, 2026 at W. D. Crowder Funeral Home with Pastor Susie Hyde, words of comfort and officiant.
